QYKZOO Australia

kookaburras laughter
perched waiting for free food
insects chirp regardless

muted grey skies
sun hides again for a rest
frogs quietly croaking

dragonflies flit
daffodils sway in light breeze
lazy dogs sleep

ocean waves break
shoreline hides beneath sand
seagulls steal chips

lizard hides in plain sight
waiting for the cautious insects
magpie circles above

rays gently caressing
mottled butterflies drifting on the rays
praying mantis waits patiently

Burning sun dry winds
high clouds promise rain and hail
tree frogs croak excitedly

thalassic turbulence
whales revelling flukes slapping forcefully
skies clear of clouds

Ghostly clouds assemble
patchwork azure blue sky sharp
Frogs bake on lilly leaves

night sky show Jupiter
Menacing rain clouds at dusk
Butterflies flitter randomly

Geese flying in formation
Eagle drift slowly on rising thermals
Gates to field lie open

Live Murky grey days
Summer heat kept at bay
Dog lie in the shade
